Terms of Service

By accessing or using Poztify ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users, including users who connect social media accounts, schedule content, or subscribe to a paid plan.

Poztify is a social media scheduling and publishing platform that allows users to:

• Connect their YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram accounts
• Create, schedule, and automatically publish content to connected accounts
• Manage their social media content calendar
• Access analytics on published content

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of others without their consent

When you connect a social media account (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram), you:

• Grant Poztify permission to publish content to that account on your behalf
• Confirm that you own or have authorisation to use that account
• Remain solely responsible for all content published through the Service
• Agree to comply with each platform's own terms of service

You can disconnect any account at any time from Settings → Accounts.

You agree not to use the Service to publish content that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Infringes any third-party intellectual property rights
• Is defamatory, harassing, threatening, or abusive
• Contains spam, malware, or deceptive content
• Violates the terms of service of any connected social media platform
• Promotes illegal activities or harm to individuals

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

• Your content: You retain full ownership of all content you create and publish through the Service.
• Licence to us: You grant Poztify a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and transmit your content solely as necessary to provide the Service.
• Our content: The Poztify platform, design, and software are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance
• All payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms
• Plan limits (posts per month) reset on the 1st of each calendar month
• Unused posts do not roll over to the next month
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
• Refunds are not provided for partial months, but we will consider requests on a case-by-case basis — email legal@poztify.com

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for:

• Scheduled posts that fail due to platform API outages (YouTube, Facebook, etc.)
• Changes to third-party platform APIs that affect publishing functionality
• Temporary service downtime for maintenance
• Loss of data due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control

We will notify users of planned maintenance and work to restore service promptly in the event of outages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Poztify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of revenue or profits from failed or delayed social media posts
• Loss of data or content
• Reputational damage from published content

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time:

• You: Cancel your subscription and delete your account from Settings
• Us: We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on severity

On termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].
